I’m told the same thing time after time from my host! I often have to ask for help as my information is not reflecting the right amounts one day to the next. When I do that my host will file for a ticket, but then they’ll come back and say that there’s nothing wrong even though I have screenshots showing that my wager was more that day and then once they gave us that BC Bank my wager disappeared and never came back correct. I have been here for years and it’s like the don’t value loyal customers lately.

I feel you, I have been told I’m not eligible and last one I got was November of 2024.
